How We Got Here
CareerGuide moved through four phases from idea to a working platform.
Defined the problem, identified the requirements and scoped the FYP.
Developed the overall design, layout and visual structure of CareerGuide.
Developed the core functionality using Django and PostgreSQL.
Tested the complete system and completed the final deployment.

RIASEC groups personality traits into six types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. You answer a short assessment, and CareerGuide matches your resulting profile against careers that suit that combination of traits.
Yes. CareerGuide was developed as a Final Year Project and is completely free to use.
Predictions are guidance, not guarantees. They're based on your assessment responses matched against career data, and are meant as a starting point for further research, not a final decision.
Yes. You can ask chatbot about specific careers and required skills.
